Email that lands in the inbox, not spam

Email only works when it arrives — and a missing DKIM record or a lazy SPF policy quietly sends your invoices and password resets to spam. We stand up and secure mail servers, get SPF, DKIM and DMARC aligned, migrate you to or from Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, and keep your domain's sending reputation clean.

What we deliver

Everything your email needs — end to end

Configured, authenticated, migrated and monitored so your mail reaches the inbox and stays out of spam.

Mail server setup

Postfix and Dovecot configured properly — SMTP, IMAP, virtual domains and mailboxes — for self-hosted mail you actually control, on the OS and stack you run.

Deliverability — SPF, DKIM, DMARC

We publish and align SPF, DKIM and DMARC so receivers trust your mail, then move DMARC to enforcement once reports are clean — the single biggest fix for mail landing in spam.

Migration to & from Workspace / 365

Move mailboxes, calendars and contacts to or from Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 — or between self-hosted and cloud — with mail preserved and cutover planned around your DNS TTLs.

Spam & anti-abuse

Inbound filtering with SpamAssassin or Rspamd, greylisting and RBLs, plus outbound controls and rate limits so a compromised account can't torch your reputation.

DNS & mail records

MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, PTR and autodiscover records set up correctly and verified — the DNS layer that decides whether your mail is trusted or dropped.

TLS & encryption

STARTTLS and MTA-STS enforced so mail moves encrypted in transit, with valid, auto-renewing certificates on your mail endpoints.

Built for production

Mail that receivers actually trust

We authenticate your domain end to end, watch the DMARC reports before we enforce, and lock down inbound and outbound abuse — so your mail reaches the inbox and your reputation stays clean.

  • Aligned authentication — SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up right and moved to enforcement safely.
  • Reputation protected — outbound limits and monitoring so one bad account can't get you blocklisted.
  • Encrypted in transit — STARTTLS and MTA-STS with valid, auto-renewing certificates.

FAQ

Common questions

Our emails keep going to spam — can you fix it?

Almost always. The usual culprits are missing or misaligned SPF, DKIM and DMARC, a poor sending reputation, or a blocklisted IP. We audit your authentication and DNS, fix the alignment, work through any blocklists, and monitor DMARC reports until your mail is landing where it should.

Can you migrate us to or from Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?

Yes — in either direction, and between self-hosted mail and the cloud too. We migrate mailboxes, calendars and contacts, keep mail flowing during the move, and plan the DNS cutover around your TTLs so nothing bounces.

Should we self-host email or use a provider?

We will give you a straight answer. Self-hosting with Postfix and Dovecot gives you full control and no per-seat cost but real maintenance and reputation responsibility; Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 is less hands-on but ongoing per-user pricing. We recommend based on your size, team and compliance needs.

What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and do we need all three?

They are the three DNS records that prove your mail is really from you. SPF lists who can send, DKIM cryptographically signs each message, and DMARC tells receivers what to do when a message fails and gives you reports. You want all three aligned — together they keep your mail out of spam and stop others spoofing your domain. Pick any plan or a one-off Drop-In — no lock-in.
