At DropInAdmin, we aim to deliver exceptional DevOps, automation, and infrastructure support services. We recognize that occasionally a service may not meet your expectations. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our various service offerings, including one-time projects and recurring subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
One-Time Services & Projects: Eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 calendar days of payment, provided that no manual or custom work has commenced. If significant work or consulting has started, refunds may be prorated or denied, at our discretion.
Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly Subscriptions: New subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if cancellation is requested within 7 calendar days of the first payment and no manual or custom service delivery has started. Renewals and ongoing subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future billing.
Custom or Emergency Work: For urgent, on-demand, or custom scope engagements (such as after-hours support, incident response, or unique consulting projects), payments are non-refundable once manual work begins or resources are allocated.
Refunds will not be provided for requests made more than 7 days after initial payment, except where required by law.
Partial use of subscription services beyond the 7-day window is non-refundable.
Payments for completed work, delivered reports, custom development, or third-party costs incurred on your behalf are non-refundable.
Domain registration, hosting, or licensing fees paid to third parties on your behalf are non-refundable.
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for the request. We aim to process eligible refunds within 7 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method (Stripe or other).
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation will stop future billing, but does not entitle you to a refund for past periods unless within the 7-day window for new subscriptions.
You will retain access to paid services until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to grant refunds outside these guidelines in exceptional cases or where required by law. DropInAdmin’s decision on refunds is final. Please contact us if you believe your situation warrants special consideration.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date will be updated above, and changes will be posted on this page.
