DropinAdmin is seeking a technical sales pro who understands DevOps, backend engineering, and small business challenges. If you can translate complex services into real-world benefits for clients, this role is for you.
You’ll help clients understand how our backend support, cloud migration, or automation solutions will save time and money. You’ll assist with scoping projects, managing inbound leads, and supporting long-term relationships.
Respond to leads, schedule demos, and qualify opportunities
Understand DropinAdmin’s offerings and tailor pitches to client needs
Work with technical team to scope projects and deliver quotes
Manage relationships with existing clients and upsell where appropriate
Track deals, notes, and interactions in our internal CRM system
Experience selling technical or SaaS solutions, ideally to SMBs
Comfortable explaining how backend or automation work delivers value
Organized, follow-through driven, and confident communicating with engineers
Experience with CRMs, email sequencing tools, and cold outreach preferred
Bonus: You’ve worked in DevOps or IT yourself and enjoy the business side
